Bible Storying comes to Melbourne!

Here is the opportunity you have been waiting for!  Come and learn the five skills of biblical storytelling:

• crafting a biblically accurate story
• polishing it to make it easy to memorise
• telling it in a way that holds the attention
• teaching it so the hearers can pass it on

The workshop will be held at the Kew Baptist Church, 13-15 Oct 2023, as follows:

• Friday 13 Oct, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
• Saturday 14 Oct, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Sunday 15 Oct, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (includes Kew Baptist Church service)

Participants must plan to attend all workshop sessions.

Cost: $50 per person.  To register, click the orange button above.

Further details: Morning and afternoon teas will be provided. Please arrange your own Friday night dinner. Saturday and Sunday lunch will not be provided, but we will have a long enough lunch break for you buy food from nearby shops (or bring your own if you prefer). On Sunday morning, participants will take part in the Kew Baptist Church morning service, including an opportunity to demonstrate some of what you’ve learnt in the workshop. There will also be the option to present at the evening service for those who wish to.
