Prayer meetings

Prayer is a powerful tool. A few people devoted to prayer can do what no army, government or community could ever do. Wycliffe founder William Cameron Townsend (Uncle Cam) said of prayer:

The task of getting the gospel in an adequate way to every ethnic person is tremendous. There is but one solution … prayer should not only be the basis but it should permeate and vitalize the whole work.
