Kylie moved towns in NSW every five years as she was growing up. God used this to build a resilience for change and an eye for those who were new or needing support. She went on to become a Speech Pathologist and worked for 30+ years helping both the young and the old to manage difficulties with communication or swallowing.
While at university, God put people in her life who actively lived out their faith and invited her to church. She heard the saving message of Jesus clearly for the first time, and gave her life to the Lord. She was immediately excited about sharing this Good News with others and also in motivating others to do the same.
Over the years, God continued to give her a heart for evangelism, teaching, equipping, and discipling women of all ages. Her biggest passion is seeing women reading God’s Word and growing in relationship with him.
There have been many ups and downs in her life, but God has grown her through every trial and equipped her to keep serving him with the people he places before her. More recently this has been a call to join Wycliffe Bible Translators where she can use her love of literacy, God’s Word, the unreached, and those needing discipling, to work amongst Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory. She is hoping to be based in Darwin to work alongside the AuSIL team in literacy and Scripture engagement.

Thanks for your patience...
