Office Manager – Finance Department

Do you have experience with finance? Our Finance Department is looking for someone to meet the urgent need for an Office Manager. Support the work of Bible translation and join us in this crucial role.
Responsibilities:
• receive and verify invoices, receipts and similar financial information
• maintain and summarise member financial reports
• receive and disburse cash
• perform other clerical and secretarial activities such as keyboarding and filing
• use computer systems to record and compute information.
Qualifications:
• six months of formal education in bookkeeping or six months experience in performing basic clerical procedures of a financial operation
• experience could include time as a cashier, payroll clerk, bank teller or accounts payable/receivable clerk.
Orientation and Training:
Orientation workshops, held at our National Centre in Kangaroo Ground, Victoria.
