We need a Prayer Writer to engage Australian children in praying for language communities that need Bible translation.

Responsibilities:

• create prayer materials that help disciple Australian children in prayer – leading by example and equipping children to lead
• generate and disseminate resources that enable and inspire children to pray for language communities that need Bible translation
• shepherd the children who are involved in this ministry
• work well with the inter-agency Pray for Zero team.

Qualifications:

• ability to work with and motivate children
• ability to promote Bible translation.

Training:

• some biblical training
• some type of language and culture training course would be helpful
• orientation workshops, held at our National Centre in Kangaroo Ground, Victoria.

This position will be one day per week.
