Lenakel in Vanuatu
8. Tim is facilitating the translation of the Old Testament into the Lenakel language. Lenakel is spoken by close to 12,000 people on Tanna Island.

9. Tim and the translation team are currently translating 1 Samuel and Psalms. Pray for every success!

10. Give thanks with Tim and Ruth that the refurbishment of their village house is almost complete. It will be a great base for their frequent trips. There were many hurdles, but God made a way, including a great team of locals and supporters who worked on the house recently.

Papua New Guinea (PNG)
11. Wycliffe Australia’sdiscovery trip to PNG begins on Thursday 20 September. Pray for smooth logistics, great relationships and all the outcomes God desires. (Ps. 121)

12. The PNG discovery trip continues through to 3 October. Pray for good health, safety and eyes to see what God is doing in PNG.

13. Pray for good rain in Ukarumpa and across PNG. Water tanks are getting low, gardens are struggling, and some families must travel a distance to find clean drinking water.
