The Wakes have enjoyed the privilege of serving with Wycliffe Australia since 1998 in various capacities. Currently based at our national centre in Kangaroo Ground, David’s role as Deputy CEO includes supporting the leadership team as he oversees Wycliffe’s three properties across Australia.

Lyn has the honour of pastorally caring for Wycliffe Australia members serving around the globe, alongside her writing and media ministries.
David and Lyn also serve our SIL Vanuatu team part time, by offering pastoral care and practical building skills.
