Ian Hutchinson

Ian served in PNG as a Wycliffe member from 1980 to 1984, supervising literacy classes so people could read New Testaments that were about to be published. Then he returned to Australia, was married and settled in country NSW but maintained his interest in the work of Bible translation. With the passing of his wife and a revival of his desire to engage again with Wycliffe, he has re-joined the organisation.

Times have changed. Now people can hear Scriptures on their mobile phones and other devices. Ian is helping people record their Scriptures, which have already been printed in their language, to give them far greater access to God’s Word in audio format.

Thanks for your patience...

Waiting is hard, isn't it. But imagine waiting 2000 years for Scripture in your language! Thanks for your patience. And thanks for your generous support which will help bring the long wait to an end...
