James and Natalie have been working for Wycliffe Australia for over 15 years now. God called them both into missions at young ages and it was God who has enabled them to live out that calling.
James spent 11 years flying the Kodiak 100 aircraft type all over Papua New Guinea doing a huge variety of flying. He made travel around the formidable terrain possible for translators, Papua New Guinean and expatriates, as well as facilitating a wide range of development work through the transportation of goods, and flying medivacs within Papua New Guinea and to Australia. Natalie worked as a lab technician in a clinic that serves the local missionary community of about 700 expatriates and 200 Papua New Guineans, as well as the people of the local surrounding areas.
They are now based in Australia and Natalie is the Home Assignment Coordinator and looks after the admin needs of all Wycliffe Australia members returning to Australia or departing overseas.
