Keith comes from a farming background, and initially trained as a veterinary surgeon, with a practice in Tasmania, where he met Kathie – who was, at the time, nursing in the Wynyard hospital. After training at Moore Theological College, they served in different countries in South Asia up until 2005.

These days Keith is based in Queensland and serves as the Wycliffe Australia Coordinator for the Israel Study Tour (K2K), the Kenya Safari Tour (KST), and the Celebration of Bible Translation dinners. He is also Coordinator for The Matthew Drama, The Luke Drama, and The John Drama, all theatre-in-the round productions based on the Gospels by the same name.

Since 2005 Kathie has been involved in Member Care in Queensland.
