Accessing God’s Word has never been easier! Applications like YouVersion have enabled us to read the Bible in whatever version we prefer, wherever we are located and whatever device we’re using: such as a smartphone, tablet or computer. However, there are approximately 145 million people in our world who don’t have the opportunity to access any of God’s Word in their own language in any form! Information technology has played an integral part in enabling people from all around the world to have the opportunity to read or hear the word of God in their own language – through tools such as translation, literacy and publication software, audio recordings and smartphone applications. Peter supports the IT needs of Wycliffe Australia through network and PC support and the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of computers. He provides assistance to office staff and helps those travelling through or returning from overseas.
Nerida teaches SRI (Special Religious Instructions) classes at Kangaroo Ground Primary School and enjoys encouraging children to explore God’s message in the Bible. Peter and Nerida have two daughters. Terissa is a primary school teacher and Andrea is studying to become an occupational therapist.
