With a background in primary education, school chaplaincy, university ministry, and member care, Rachel has experience working in Australia and Thailand. These experiences grew her vision of God's heart for families and, particularly, for children.

Third culture kids (TCKs) are children and young people who have spent significant time in cultures other than their parents' home culture. They grow up in a mix of worlds, blending together their parents' culture(s) and the culture(s) that they are living in, to form a new, 'third culture'. As families leave their homes to share the gospel, their children and young people grow up as TCKs with unique experiences and challenges.
