The more people involved in any task, the greater the need for good management at various levels to keep everyone and everything working smoothly toward their goal. Management roles are key to the day-to-day running of offices both in Wycliffe Centres and overseas, and may involve coordinating staff in cross-cultural teams, supervising personnel, monitoring training needs, writing funding proposals for language projects, managing budgets and department resources, and reporting to administration at various levels as necessary and appropriate.
