SCRIPTURE ENGAGEMENT

We are looking for people to come alongside churches and communities, to encourage people to use the Scriptures and biblical resources available in their language. This could include helping them to increase their ability to read portions of vernacular Scripture, and helping produce new resources. This role will be working with local church leaders, translators, and AuSIL staff members.

Responsibilities:

discipleship with Bible students
literacy training

Training:

theological degree at Bible college
one year at SIL Australia
on-field cultural orientation
