30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Wycliffe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Particularly when buying over the Internet, you’re never really sure what the product is going to be like. That’s why Wycliffe offers an unconditional, 30-day money-back guarantee on all products we sell. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with the product you’ve purchased, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price of that product (excluding shipping).
Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via Australia Post standard mail service. For books and DVDs, postage and handling costs within Australia are charged depending on item weight. See Delivery Information for more.
Delivery Times
The length of time that it will take to receive your order depends on:
1) the time taken for us to pick, pack and ship your order, and
2) the time taken to deliver your order.
We attempt to fill all online orders within five working days. The time taken to deliver your order is determined by our mail carrier.
Out-of-Stock Items
If there are items in your order that are not in stock, they will be back-ordered from the publisher/supplier. Your back orders may be shipped separately, but no additional postage charges will be applied. Where an item is out-of-stock, you will be advised via email (if available) within five working days.
Faulty Goods
Where goods (such as CDs, DVDs, books etc) have been purchased from Wycliffe Australia, paid for and found to be faulty, please return the goods to Wycliffe Australia National Centre, 70 Graham Road, Kangaroo Ground VIC 3097 with a note. Please specify if you would like a full refund or to exchange the faulty goods.
